I was made to feel welcome, safe and comfortable as soon as I entered the building. I was seen by Hallie and she was the most lovely and friendly person you could hope to meet. The attention she gave me made me feel special and my nails look fabulous. I will definitely be going back.

I'd never thought I would say having bikini wax was a great experience but after my treatment with Jen I have to change my mind! She was quick, professional, very attentive and kept me distracted by lovely conversation. Waxing itself was as painless as it could get (having been to several salons before) and left my very sensitive skin unirritated. Also very cheap given the quality of service. I will definitely keep coming back to Jen and highly recommend everyone who is looking for painless smooth waxing to do the same!

I have been to Lilly Nails a couple of times now. Stacey is lovely and does a wondedful job with my nails. I truly enjoyed my pedicure as well - super relaxing with the foot massage and a massage chair! Happy to recommend :)

I *love* this salon! I have been visiting the Liverpool Lilly Nail and Beauty Salon for at least a year and always get my Dipping Gel Nail Extensions done here, and have recently started getting Brow Lamination and LVL Lashes also. Hallie is brilliant, caring & very talented, she always makes my brows and lashes look amazing! Today I had Stacy do my nails and I love them, they’re perfect. She really listened to what I wanted and checked everything with me, and was so lovely to talk to. They make every appointment enjoyable and easy and I’m always so happy with the results! I wouldn’t go anywhere else now :)

I did the eyebrow wax and eyelash extension today. They looks beautiful. I will come next time.
