My daughter who is 7 was purchased a voucher for her birthday. So we booked a slot for her, we had reminder emails and texts and helpful info such as where to park. This was so helpful as I don’t know the area at all and being a full time working mum, the reminders where brilliant. We got there and was greeted by Jess, she made my daughter feel so at ease and they chatted away through the whole appointment. The attention to detail at this place was amazing from the decor to the services they provide. It was also super clean and really beautiful. The treatments my daughter had were great and she enjoyed it throughout, Jess made her feel like a princess, I can’t thank you enough!! We will definitely be coming back.

I held my daughter’s birthday party at Lila’s spa and couldn’t fault the day. The girls all had a great time and my daughter is already planning another trip to the spa! The staff were professional and so friendly - Lily, Jess and Izzy were great at engaging with the children whilst carrying out their treatments. The treatments themselves were great - the glitter body-art arms in particular were amazing! We also enjoyed manicures, festival face art and glitter hair braids. We added the afternoon tea to our party too. The food was perfect and beautifully presented. Thank you to all the staff at Lila’s for such a great afternoon.

This place is just wonderful!! My daughter celebrated her 4th birthday at Lilas Spa today and we had the Mermaid package. From the very start all the staff were so friendly and made so much effort with 6 very shy children. The treatments they had done were brilliant and they were all so excited! I added on the afternoon tea which all the children loved and is definitely worth adding on to a package. My daughter said she loved it all. It is the perfect place for a birthday celebration or some quality time with your little one. It is excellent value for money and takes the stress out of hosting a party. I highly recommend! X

Booking was really easy and straight forward with reminders being sent to complete the required forms. The treatments and venue itself was second to none with cleanliness and hygiene. My girls thoroughly enjoyed their treatments with a huge selection of nail varnish colours and a fab facial experience! They said the best part was the body art and I do agree, it looked amazing and professional. They also both asked if they could have Izzy again when we go back. Izzy is an absolute credit to the salon and managed to put up with 2.5hours of chatting from both girls whilst engaging conversation! Must admit I had a lovely relaxing afternoon also, the parents area is a godsend to sit back and leave the children to it when required! Thank you for exceeding our expectations x

Was searching for a place that does kids manicures and found this place! My niece absolutely loved it!!! They painted her nails and braided her hair with glitter, it looked amazing she’s so happy and feels like an absolute princess especially thanks to Izzy who did the treatments! She’s pleased to have met someone who loves lemon cake as much as her! Thank you so much again
