Fantastic Doctor surgery. Staff are always helpful, friendly and do their best to accommodate you. Doctors are amazing too. Compared to other surgeries this one is 5 star.
Worst doctors ever!!! There’s never have any appointments even when you phone at 8am for 15 minutes they then answer. I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks to get an appointment. Better off at another doctors. I’ve been there for 25years!! If I could add a picture of my call log it would explain a lot about this place!!
Since I moved to Leith, I've had some bad luck and keep getting ill, so they have seen me around a lot. Everyone is very nice and helpful and I always get an appointment quickly. Best surgery I've been to in Edinburgh.
Drs, Nurses and Receptionsits are so helpful.
HI i'm registered at Leith mount and have a great doctor Dr V Smith who is very understanding and helpful
This practice is the best. All of the people working there are courteous, helpful-and recently in an emergency-absolutely wonderful organising everything when my brain just wouldn’t work. From my first call to reception-to the Doctor calling me back. The follow up contacts were excellent too.
Fantastic practice with the best doctors, nurses, receptionists and other staff. Feel listened too and have been well looked after for years. The kindness and help following the deaths of each parent was exceptional and I cannot fault this practice.
One of the receptionists was rude to me before, but I'm not going to let that bring down the rating of everyone else who works there as it's the best practice I've ever been with. I'm usually able to get appointments or replies on e-consult the same day. All of the doctors and nurses listen and they're very welcoming. Friends with other surgeries have told me they can't even get through to reception or get prescription and sick notes, let alone appointments, so I feel very lucky to have access to such straightforward and efficient healthcare.
Doctors seem to be nice when you get the chance to get an appointment or talk to then. The reception staff are beyond useless, unhelpful and have no social skills. Amount of times I have to argue with them to just get something so simple. Maybe they should do a job that doesn’t require talking to people.
The 2 receptionists didn’t want to help me at all. I just wanted to get register because I don’t have any doctor in UK and they didn’t care my situation.
