Unprofessional reception. They should be trained to know which patient is priority and need to see their doctor asap instead of let someone wait for day or more in emergency situations. Don't waste your time going there in emergency - go to hospital!!!

I would not advise anyone to use this leg specialist Everything is hard work. Reception Is just rude when you go in. getting a Appointment is a joke your better before they can get you In. They have a sign Asking for more patients in reception they can’t even deal with the ones they have. I’m changing my doctors it’s that bad.

I Love this place, had alot of doctors due to moving around alot and this is one of the best, everything is just so easy, yes appointments can be a bit of a wait - but they are anywhere these days, and with these guys I think they are worth waiting for. Had problems getting my prescription from the pharmacy lately (not the doctors fault the pharmacys) and the reception staff have been nothing but helpful, in fact just rung again today and the lady I spoke to was brilliant!

Visited the flu clinic this morning which was held at St Marys church. Extremely efficient and well set up process. I was in and out within 2 mins. Really was a "jab and go". The poor lady stood outside in the rain did an excellent job of making sure everyone got to the right section as there were 2 GP practices sharing the clinic.

Unprofessional and lying staff. My grandmother is disabled, we had a meeting where we discussed it, we waited for 3 months for it. I called them to explain why it takes so long, and also was answered that we never had a meeting in the first place.
