I have been coming here for 3 months, with Lucy...Hands down Lucy is fantastic...she knows exactly what she is doing and is firm, understands what the body needs are and works in problem areas required. I am tender the next day but then I'm great. Staff are friendly and it's clean and the rooms are cosy.

I booked for a 60min remedial massage, I was asked if I was particularly tight anywhere, I explained that my shoulders were tight. The therapist spent 90% of the time digging her elbows into my shoulders with no apparent knowledge of sequence or process. I’m no stranger to a good remedial massage. This wasn’t that.

Very pleased to be writing this review. From booking the appointment, to being listened to re my pain issues, the massage itself and then suggested follow up at home through the week the experience was great! The therapist was very knowledgable and competent. I went in with a headache from tension in my neck and shoulders and left without it. I had a disappointing experience at another branch of Lee Massage a year or so ago but this was totally different. As with most things, one bad experience doesn't necessarily mean the whole business/chain is no good. I would definitely recommend Lee Massage Green Hills.
