Review

Loved our visit even though it rained all week. Excellent location, close to every think. I was warmly welcomed on arrival and even received a txt message saying our room was ready early. Facilities are great. Beyond happy with the heated pool and spas. Room was clean and tidy, and we were pleased with our ocean view. Will visit again soon.

Review

Customer service was outstanding with a difficulty I had changing a booking via 3rd party. The Landmark is well located, well maintained, good secure parking, clean apartments. A home away from home. Have stayed many times. Consistently good.

Hi Brett. Thank you for answering me on the previous review. Regarding to what you pointed out on this specific weekend with a lot of events going on, yes that might be the case. I still think this is more of a family resort. Which is totally fine if that's what you want. When it comes to you not agreeing with me whether the place is run down or not? It's totally fine that you as a manager trying to protect the reputation of the business. I'm not trying to destroy your reputation at all. It's just my opinion of how I experienced my stay at your resort. Some things are great, some things are not. And that's still my opinion which I'm entitled to have. It's not a 1 star review. It's a 3 star review from my side. Which is a quite good review if you ask me :) And you haven't disappointed when it comes to my whole stay. It's just a few things that I pointed and, and for me those are facts :) Have a lovely day.

Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Comfortable and impeccably clean room. Perfect location close to shops, restaurants and beach’s. Could not fault one thing! Thank you for making our stay fantastic and we look forward to coming again.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay. They fit a lot into your room for it's size. The view we had was sensational, sitting on the balcony drinking coffee watching the world go by was great. Under building, secure parking was a bonus, one less thing to worry about. Short walk to restaurants and shops, with plenty to choose from for dinner, be it takeaway or sit down, dine in.
