Not a member yet but overall very poor communication, not responsive, chaotic. If you have to chase someone for a tour like they are more busy and more important than you are then it is not the place you want to be. Very nice inside, tho a bit small common areas.

One of the best spa treatments I've received. Brilliant therapists, they were polite and knew exactly what they were doing. The massage was done with great passion. Excellent condition of the environment I must say. It will definitly become a regular visit.

The spa is well maintained and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Dimples has looked after me for over 10 years and she is one of the best in her profession - always anticipating my needs and execute all treatments to perfection. Friends keeps saying how well I look and whether I have adopted a new diet or fitness regime after a session with her!

Kx became a place where a front desk ladies ( full set of a fake lashes and a glossy lips in a front desk of a sport club -‘just to get a picture what I am trying to describe here 😂) are more “ important “ than a clients . Extremely rude and arrogant, very poor customer service . I would never put my foot in there again . Avoid this place if you expect a good service and if you valu your time. No wonder why lots of people stop using this place . .
