The service was quick and stress-free. A member of their team contacted me in advance to negotiate a different MOT time. I was able to leave my car earlier with them, walk to work, and also was able to collect my car at the end of the day when I was ready to leave. Will definitely use them for my MOT renewal next year.

I've been here a few times now, and the staff have always been very good. Their customer service is amazing. I'm usually quite hesitant as to where to take the car, but I've never had a bad experience here. I know many people look at reviews to determine where the book their cars in, this definitely gets the thumbs up from me. I have another branch nearer to me but I will drive the extra 10 minutes because I know I will get the excellent customer service. Well done guys! thank you again... Grey Ford Fiesta

Very Satisfactory. Staff polite. Booked an air con refill online. Very easy to do. Work done in an hour. Had to change booking time with Central Customer Services who were fantastic. The lady called me back and confirmed by email the rearranged time as requested. Extremely friendly. Past bad experiences with another branch behind me, years ago. I won’t hesitate to use Uxbridge branch again.

I booked my appointment for MOT online. When I arrived at the shop the staff were very polite and the MOT itself was done very quickly (in less than an hour). There was no waiting or waste of time and the service was excellent. I will definitely recommend it to everyone I know!
