Kwik Fit Shipley leeds

Nice experience at Kwik Fit in Shipley, nice staff, Lisa was very welcoming and Ben very helpful. Unfortunately the fitter couldn't get my alignment correct after quite a few visits so on the way home I drove to Tyre Experts in Shipley who corrected it within 30 mins. The camber and caster was all correct, but the toe was not correct front or rear and I have invested too much time going back. Not a bad bunch of people, but just unfortunately would not go there for alignment.

I called in this afternoon as was passing, all staff were extremely busy. They still managed to have a look at my vehicle and do the small bits I needed. Top service and made my little boy feel extremely welcome.

Excellent service.drove in with no warning with no headlights took roughly 25 mins and all done.

Booked in for service, told that I needed close to £1000 worth of work doing. Took car to 2 independent garages for a second opinion..... both stated some of the work didn’t need doing anyway and the work that was required was half the price of the quote from Kwik Fit. Unless you want to be ripped off, do not take your car here.

Went to Shipley Kwik Fit as a warning light was really worrying me... And once again this fab garage saved me!!! This was the second time (last was on Chrismas eve!! Serious puncture!!) They have really helped out of emergencies twice now and were just so lovely!!! I will needless to say be using this garage again!! Thank you so much!! Again!!!

Extremely helpful I came in last Friday for a free wheel alignment check and it turned out that there wasn't a problem and unlike other companies they didn't just try to sell me one to make money, I thought that was very honest. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable, I would definitely recommend.

Great service, will be going back. I came in for a free check on my tyre pressures Monday afternoon and was very pleased to find out they had offered to top up my screen wash, check my coolant and oil levels while it was in the workshop. Which is very generous of them as I know a lot of places wouldn’t. It’s my first time visiting and the service and dealing with me was top notch. All the staff there were very polite and quick to help out with any questions I had. Will be the first place I ring if anything goes wrong again :)

Dropped the car off for a free winter check and new wipers. Really friendly and professional service. Have used this centre before and will certainly use them again.
