PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not use these idiots. Had the misfortune of being involved with a house sale with Stephen Sowah. Everything took far longer than necessary and dates changed repeatedly, frequently at the last minute. Can't organise a thing.

My father appointed Kuits to deal with a nasty shareholder dispute. Damian Bailey handled his case and provided quick and practical legal advice at a time when my father was under immense stress. Damian supported my family throughout the legal process up to and including mediation. The settlement reached was more than double the proposal made at the beginning of the dispute. Although the amount in dispute was relatively small, we felt that Damian still prioritised our case and helped us reach an excellent outcome. Thank you Kuits for your hard work and professionalism. I would recommend Kuits to anybody else who is going through the tribulations of a shareholder dispute.

Our first attendance at a Kuits event which was Leisure Sector focussed and held at the very cool Cloudwater Brewery. Thank you for the invite and we look forward to not only attending many more but working closer with Kuits in the future.
