We just purchased our new home through Knight Frank Bath. Francesca Leighton-Scott found exactly what we were looking for and was very pro-active, keeping everything moving along. She was extremely helpful and although the purchase hit a few bumps, her professionalism shone through and we got there in the end. Francesca made the whole process enjoyable and we very much appreciate her help. We wholeheartedly recommend Francesca and Knight Frank.

Really very happy to have found our beautiful new home through Knight Frank. Sam Daniels was fantastic and a pleasure to work with. After one chat with us, Sam knew exactly what we were looking for and found us our perfect house (which he had viewed months before, but wasn’t even on the market at the time). We followed his advice and made our offer to include all of the items we needed. There was a potential problem with the ongoing chain, but Sam made sure that everything went smoothly. Can’t rate our experience highly enough. Thanks Sam and everyone at Knight Frank!

Excellent service in handling our house sale from Knight Frank in Bath , spearheaded by Francesca Leighton-Scott. Francesca demonstrated a remarkable combination of experience, skill, patience, diplomacy and tenacity to bring our potentially difficult transaction to a successful conclusion. She was ably assisted by a strong team and in particular by Wendy, who acted as an excellent 'showover' for our house sale. We would thoroughly recommend Knight Frank in Bath.

We can highly recommend Knight Frank Bath for anyone looking to buy or sell their home. We were contacted by Sam Daniels after months of promising viewings (with another agent), but with no results to show. Sam's engaging and confident demeanour gave us a little glimmer of hope... therefore, with little to lose and in a difficult economic climate we decided to take a "chance" on Sam and wow did he and the team deliver. Again, the process was not straight forward however Sam's honest, fair and transparent approach meant we were pro-actively kept informed of what was going on which ultimately lead to a successful sale. This was no fluke and we are convinced that with the benefit of hindsight the same result was unlikely to happen had Sam not been involved managing everyone's interest and expectations throughout the process. A first class operator and all round good person supported by a good team around him that you can trust. Thank you Sam and co!

I have just exchanged on my house - finally! These are not the easiest times in which to sell a house for reasons which need no explanation. Despite circumstances beyond all our control, Francesca at Knight Frank remained enthusiastic and committed throughout. She handles all situations, however tricky or awkward with a grace which is admirable. I have both bought and sold a house with Knight Frank Bath and in both instances Charlie, Francesa and their team have made these processes as smooth and easy as they can be.
