I have just exchanged on my house - finally! These are not the easiest times in which to sell a house for reasons which need no explanation. Despite circumstances beyond all our control, Francesca at Knight Frank remained enthusiastic and committed throughout. She handles all situations, however tricky or awkward with a grace which is admirable. I have both bought and sold a house with Knight Frank Bath and in both instances Charlie, Francesa and their team have made these processes as smooth and easy as they can be.

Knight Frank managed the sale of our property and were excellent. Sam and the team were professional, straightforward and extremely easy to deal with. Estate agents don't have the best 'rep' but in all honesty Sam and the team couldn't have been more different. They were helpful, honest, down to earth, realistic and very responsive. Sam helped us achieve a good, fair price without any of the silliness associated with unrealistic valuations. He also helped guide us to the right buyer whom we hope will love the house as we did. Our sale was made a little more tricky in that our purchase fell through. Sam was level headed and worked with the buyers to keep everything on track whist we found temporary accommodation. Thoroughly recommend Knight Frank if you want a market savvy agent without any of the arrogance, or worse, often encountered in the property market.

Working with Knight Frank was an absolute pleasure. Professional, responsive and with great insight on the local market and understanding of our needs. We were relocating back from California during the pandemic, when the market was melting up - so it was a very tough market as a buyer, in particular physically located outside the country. Sam Daniels was a super star, helping co-ordinate video viewings across his team. He was honest and straight forward when guiding us on making an offer, and importantly took us very seriously. It's worth noting that other estate agents in bath (no names mentioned, Crisp Cowley) were both rude and arrogant - not taking us seriously. The complete opposite of the treatment we received from Sam and team. Knight Frank helped us buy our dream home, in a very tough market, while we were overseas and spent many hours guiding the process so that we as the buyer and the vendor felt secure that the deal would complete - and with the bonus of having it move ahead before the stamp duty holiday ended. Further Sam actually saved us 10's of thousands, by advising we investigate the ability to claim dual dwelling tax relief, something my solicitors were un-aware of and had to be pushed on.
