Appalling service and quality - head to the car wash on Lower Bristol Road for better prices, quicker, friendly service and a cleaner car. I paid £25 for my car to be cleaned, it was dirtier when I picked it up than when I dropped it off - apparently this was my fault for not coming back to pick up the car at the correct time! I was unsure if the car was ready from the time quoted or needed to be picked up at that time. In any case, I did not expect the backlash and 1hr after the pick-up time is no excuse for a dirty car. Avoid at all costs, talking to other local Bath residents, this is typical of the experience people have found over the years - it must survive on shoppers visiting Bath. The first experience I had with my wife’s car was not so bad, but I do not suggest anyone takes their car here to be cleaned, ever.

Not worth the money. I paid £17 to have my car cleaned inside and out and left it with them for an hour. The outside was clean but there were still marks on the inside. Big areas were missed and there were lots of spray marks where bits hadn't been wiped. The location is good, but you definitely don't get your money's worth!
