This station is not manned and it has not been possible for me to get any assistance with a minor query. The pay box is open minimum hours. In future I shall be travelling to Bristol to get my train.

No ticket machine. I ordered my tickets online then have to drive to another station to collect them. I've got on the train into Bristol before and had no ticket master come along so then had to queue for ages at temple meads to buy the ticket I should have been able to get on the platform or the train which then made me late for my appointment. Well...later....in typical fashion, the train was late. Despite getting a train earlier than the one that would have got me there on time I was still late
