I had the loveliest Sunday roast dinner here.. All fresh good quality ingredients cooked perfectly. I will definitely be back again, my only complaint would be that there was no Yorkshire puddings.

Went here for a roast today and it was lovely - roast potatoes were perfect, vegetables were fresh and really tasty, beef brisket was delicious. However, I have deducted a star because there was no Yorkshire pudding! This is criminal at such a nice place like this is. Overall, I would eat here again but only if I can have a Yorkshire pudding!

Stopped off here and ordered a slice of red velvet cake and a delux hot chocolate, cake was great, good flavour, nice cream, just the right amount. The chocolate fudge cake was also good. The hot chocolate was nothing special, it was fine though (disappointingly they had run out of marshmallows).

Staff really friendly and helpful service great went for afternoon tea. Sandwiches where great. Only thing that let it down was the cakes so dry .shame because a beautiful setting . Time to renew the furniture looking very tired
