Just Spas Perth – perth

Need warranty work done on my spa...find out no Just Spas anymore in WA have to try and deal with a Melbourne office. Still waiting for a call back. Not effin good enough.

Great spas, friendly helpful staff we looked at 3 other shops for spas and this is where we are spending our money. Should hopefully get it before Christmas fingers crossed 🙂

They are Great! Until you need service. Spa has been great. Pump is starting to die, the advice from just spas was to take it out yourself and take it elsewhere. They could not give a ... maybe the guy was a moron? I'll try again and delete this if conditions change.

Purchased a new spa cover. It arrived in good time, fits perfectly and looks really good. Very happy with my purchase.

Duncan and his team have been happy to assist us with an issue we had with our spa that was just outside of warranty. We purchased our Monsoon from the store a little over 2 years ago. The issues was resolved quickly and with good customer service. When we purchased the spa, i recall someone saying, its important to buy a spa from a company that will be around and still in business when you have an issue. Just Spas have been around for years, they know what they are talking about and its a quality product. My advice is, play it safe and buy your spa from Just Spas as you will be pleased with the service and you will be happy they are still in business if something goes wrong.
