I used to really rate the Oxford store in Summertown but have been stung by a bad experience where the maternity jeans I purchased, which seemed a good fit in store, would just not stay up once I started wearing them properly. I took them to the store for a refund as they are not fit for purpose and there's no way of knowing this until you've actually worn them properly (it's not like I'm going to walk around in the store for 10 minutes to discover this fault). They were entirely unhelpful in store, which is not my usual experience. They said they couldn't help me and gave me the head office contact details. I emailed the head office to complain and they were useless, saying that as the store had deemed them not faulty then they couldn't help me. Seems a shame for them to lose a loyal customer over a £25 pair of jeans which seem to have a design fault. I shan't be shopping here again.

The clothing is pure quality and will last until they grow out of them, then you can pass it on ad infinitum

赤ちゃん服・グッズのお店。お祝い用にもぴったりのかわいい商品もある。ベビーカーやコットなど大きいものはない。 悪い点としては、他店舗からのお取り寄せができない。また、この店舗の問題ではないが、オンラインで各店舗の在庫検索も、Click&Collectもできない。
