Avoid at all costs. Ruined a jacket then produced a report saying the damage could only be caused by incorrect manufacture or incorrect moisture control during cleaning. Guess what? Brook Taverner made the jacket incorrectly and the uneducated oaf claiming to be the manager of this establishment is blameless.

I had a duvet cleaned here; the service was second to none and the staff were polite and understanding. The cleaned duvet was returned to me, sealed, in a sturdy carrier bag. . I also had alterations done here, and they did a great job. They kept me thoroughly informed throughout the process and phoned when my items were ready for pick up. Very kind and welcoming establishment. Definitely will use again for future alterations. Highly recommend!
