What a breath of fresh air. Honest, friendly and no pushy sales tactics used here. It was so easy to look at a vehicle, have a test drive and walk away without feeling uncomfortable. We did go back the next day to buy it!

We had the best customer service at John Banks Cambridge. From the moment we walked in to the time we left with our new car we felt like a priority. No unnecessary sales talk, no feeling of having to meet sales targets just good old fashioned one to one customer care. We would use John Banks Cambridge again in a heartbeat.

Had a great experience at this garage when looking to purchase a new Duster. Ricky was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and we felt like we were in safe hands. Would definitely recommend going to Ricky when looking to buy a car. Thank you!

Not impressed. Booked a test drive and on arrival was completely ignored by the two members of the sales team that were working. They both spotted me but just kept serving other customers. It would only taken a second to acknowledge me and say they would be with me soon, but there was nothing. After 45 minutes I left. This is not the way to sell cars or demonstrate any level of customer service. It does not instill confidence in any kind if after sales service either.
