Highly recommend shopping here; one of my favourite stores. There’s always staff on the floor ready to help you, and they’re all very knowledgeable. There has always been at least one salesperson there that could help me figure out what I needed to buy to complete my project, and they could actually walk me through the steps on how to properly reach my goal. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The store has always been clean and tidy. They have almost always had whatever electrical product/component I was looking for. Items are reasonably priced. Plus, they have a membership program that allows you to earn $10 credits after spending $___. 10/10 - will always come here to get my electronic goods, technology needs, and helpful advice.

Always great customer service no matter how big or small the request. An excellent example provided by Kenn just the other day. Simple click and collect order, ready to go when I walked in. Needed something else and Kenn knew exactly what i was talking about, retrieved the item, followed by friendly conversation. The store has been reorganised and stocks just about anything I've needed for any of my projects. Opening hours are great, wheelchair accessible. Enough parking available. Staff are knowledgeable and always willing to help name sense of different options. Good mix of odd bits and pieces, gift ideas and of course all things electronics. Will continue to shop here - love it.

Came in here early this week, needed a power adaptor for a soundbar. Staff member was extremely helpful, bought a universal adaptor with different connectors, he explained that if none of the connectors fit I could bring it back with the receipt for a full refund. He even opened up the package carefully with a stanley knife for an easy return should it be required. Sure enough back in the next day as nothing would connect. Was provided with a full refund with the young man at the counter getting training on processing his first refund. Very helpful staff, highly recommend a visit to this store for your electronics needs.

The team were extremely helpful, patient and professional. For someone with very poor tech knowledge I really appreciated being helped to find the most cost effective solution, and not being upsold.
