Hirer’s BEWARE!!!!! (Regarding SOUTH HARROW ONLY) Yes that’s right, beware. Despite using the company for the odd house move Transit Van hire of the last 20 years. These guy’s take the view that loyalty and customer satisfaction is not something that is of any importance. They pride themselves on making sure they will happy charge you for going a mile over the agreement allowance or even a possible hairline mark, which may have been missed on collection, but may magically appear when you drop their vehicle back. However, if you happen to return the vehicle with, let’s say less mileage use then the agreed allowance, or maybe even 100 plus miles worth of fuel then when you picked it up. Then you can expect ZERO compromise from them. It’s all about the money and the next customer walking in to hire from them….. Now, the above is base on my experience with the SOUTH HARROW branch, and it would be unjust to say all the branches care so little about the people who keep them in business. So, if anything, please simply just be careful when dealing the Pirates from the South Harrow branch.

Be careful with these guys. Took van for 5 hours. When returned it a small side bumper panel was missing. I hadn’t hit anything and no-one could have taken it so must have been loose and dropped off whilst driving. I still got charged. Can only assume they are renting out vehicles with loose bumper panels and not fit for purpose. Avoid the headache and go elsewhere.

Used this company for the first time received poor customer service charged me for excess mileage the manager was very rude more interested taking people's money should focus on customer service will definitely not use them again other companies give professional customer service

Honest car-hire place that don't advertise at one price and try to sting you with extra costs. Vans / cars always clean and in good condition. Staff helpful and efficient. Last van I hired had an aircon problem and Jafvans arranged for it to be fixed that morning. Ruislip branch also good!
