they drilled my nails too far down to my cuticles on my left hand - and it started bleeding. i got a french acrylic (with shellac polish) and not only was it slightly overpriced but it also started chipping five days after i got it done. however, they did make up for this when i went back and reduced my fee for changing my polish. staff are very nice - the only advice i have would be to answer the phone more often. in conclusion, very understanding & work towards making you feel the best you possibly can.

I attended this service several times and found them fairly accommodating and their pedicure and shellac for toes reasonable, however on my last visit (19.04.22) where I asked for my acrylic nails (fingers) and shellac on my toes to be removed to give them a break, I had the acrylics removed with another tip in a rough manner. They were not soaked or filed off, they were peeled off and removed several layers of my own nail and left them bruised and sore. I was in obvious pain and received an apology when I winced and flinched during the process. however the brutal fashion in which they were being removed continued. The shellac on toes was removed quickly with a drill. I have since had it explained to me that the acrylic removal should not have occurred in that manner due to the damage to my nail beds. It even hurt to wash my hands in warm - hot water. It cost me $40 for the removal. Unfortunately, what had been a reasonable experience up to yesterday was damaged in one 1/2 hr session. I will be supporting other beauticians who actually care about their clients in the future and do not recommend attending if you care about your nails.

By far the best infills I’ve ever had. The lady was very meticulous and ensured all aspects of the infill was done perfectly. A lot of attention to detail to the cuticles, acrylic application and shape. This was not a quick slap and fill. It took over an hour but my nails are the best they’ve been.

What a massive let down. Horrid. Incompetent. Rude. Awful. I arrived on time for my 9:30am appointment and was ushered to a waiting chair. Nobody attended to me and eventually I asked what was causing the delay. At that point I was told they’re busy and they’ll get to me when they’re ready. I was finally attended to by a young girl who had no idea what she was doing. She appeared nervous and had a complete lack of confidence. She then told me that she was brand new and had little to no experience at which point the owner told me that if wasn’t happy with the experience I should leave. What a horrible place. Used to be called Neo Nails and has rebranded but the only thing that’s changed is the name. It’s the same awful experience. Stay away.
