I just want to say a huge thank you to Nick Talbot and the team at the York Office for their support, professionalism and exceptional service from start to finish of our house sale. Without doubt, we wouldn’t have exchanged on the date we did without Nick driving this through and he really did go over and above, dealing on an almost daily basis with ourselves, our buyer and 3 sets of solicitors. Nick was so calm, supportive, knowledgeable and professional throughout and never once missed ringing me back to keep me up to date. I think it’s quite rare these days to receive such exceptional service. I would highly recommend Nick and his team to anyone.

The brochure that was produced was high quality with excellent photographs. The service we received was highly professional. When our first buyer could not proceed a second buyer was found within a few days so we did not lose the house we were seeking to buy. We were helped and advised every step of the way.
