Awful company; damage family’s and make false accusations to intimidate a father suffering with anxiety. No shame, my son misses his father and this company played a good part in a malicious plan.

Breaks the law to bully and intimidate; I was primary career of my child for over 10 years, suffered with anxiety and this firm falsely accused me of abuse and threatening my child! It almost killed me to have to face that after nearly dying from an illness. Utterly disgusted with their lack of shame. They destroy families for a few coin.

If you are buying or selling a property and the other party is using this firm then seriously reconsider continuing with the transaction. We had the misfortune of dealing with Gemma Lea who was bordering on unworkable. On her bio it says 'Her aim is to reduce the “stress” involved in moving home and to ensure the transaction runs as smoothly as possible'. Well I can say first hand this comment is preposterous. We nearly dropped out of the transaction many times as her attitude was basically 'my way or the high way'. Would give zero stars if possible. AVOID AT ALL COST!

AVOID at all costs! Terrible communication when buying a house through them. We weren't in a chain and this took a life time finalise. I was told they could not carry out any home completions due COVID then they change there mind and resulting in us having to pay double rent on the current location! So rude when you phone them also!

Please do not use this firm for conveyancing services. Really poor communication and a complete lack of ownership of any issues. Read the other reviews and you’ll see poor communication seems to be a reoccurring theme. Caused us lots of problems and lost time and money due to a host of avoidable communication issues
