Everything about this purchase was very good. We ordered a Versailles sleigh bed at the showroom in Liverpool , the delivery was prompt,excellent service and finally it looks great in my bedroom . The product is of fine quality and looks superb!

Delighted with our purchase which arrived 2 weeks ago, the delivery men were courteous, helpful and friendly. They also unpacked the furniture and gave us some useful furniture care tips. I saw the garden bench in the sale and thought it looked very good quality for the price. I wanted it to coordinate with another bench I had which would have cost me quite a bit to return but I took the risk. It coordinates pretty well and is a very solid, well made piece. Very pleased with it. Only drawback was I had to wait in all day as the courier could not give me an exact time and he ran late.

Was advised delivery could take up to 3 weeks but the throne chair arrived within 7 days , very pleased as this was a wedding gift. Good text communication advising date and time and lovely product.

WOW this must be a world record. Ordered goods on line at 11.36. Had a phone call from company at 3 pm same day asking would I accept delivery that same day. Goods arrived before 4pm. ( just over 4 hours from ordering to delivery) Superb company, Happy with coffee table. Would certainly use this seller again

Very friendly and helpful company to deal with, corrected an error with the shipping address with no quibbles. Courier from UPN was great too (not awkward like some pallet drivers !). 3 seater Lutyens bench is of a great build quality, with chunky well finished solid teak timber - equal to ones seen for 3-4 times the price in garden centres. Many happy hours in the garden lie ahead - thanks !
