Hi I’m a patient at Queen’s Park infinity smiles and I do like the service although I am fed up and it is a disgrace that they repeat the same things to me it feels like they are moaning to me they say I break my braces at the bottom but the top is fine and because I keep breaking it I’m not progressing further I’ve been receiving this for months I would like to be referred to another orthodontist if this keeps happening it’s not my fault it breaks and how do I know it’s unfair

I used to be extremely nervous about going to the dentist/orthodontist and I hated the way my teeth looked. Jo always made me feel so at ease that I don't even feel nervous about the dentist anymore. I'm really happy with the way my teeth look too - I didn't imagine they would ever be this straight.
