We used this company to do a clean on our flat to ensure we got our deposit back. Simon was Fantastic - 100% trustworthy, honest and reliable turned up when he said and the price was much more reasonable than we expected. We got an email from the agents today to release our deposit - no deductions - what more can be said apart from without a doubt we'd recommend Simon for any cleaning work and will use him again in the future.

Simon is delightful, very warm and genuine human being. You immediately feel in trustworthy hands. After he left, the carpet was gleaming! He was also lovely with my little dog, and very helpful regarding picking up the key when I was out. Thoroughly recommended.

I have used Simon as a contractor for several years now. I can safely say that his work and the attention to detail are of the best I have ever seen.

Organised to meet up for cleaning. Simon sent the details and seemed to know what he was doing. Until it came to the day. He was very aggressive lost hist temper on the phone, and cancelled on me. I would stay away. I should have looked at this review before booking ICS.

Unreliable and rude. I initially booked Simon on the recommendation of my landlord for an end of tenancy clean. He provided a reasonable quote and booked my clean in. However, when it came to the day, he didn't turn up. When I called, I was told there was no record of my booking, despite me having multiple emails confirming that the clean had been booked in, and discussing my leaving a key for him. Simon was extremely rude on the phone, no apology was given, and the conversation ended with him announcing there was nothing he could do, before hanging up on me. This caused huge inconvenience to myself and my landlord, as another cleaner had to be booked on very short notice. I can't give any insight into his cleaning ability, but I would advise you avoid!

ICS was brought in by Carter Jonas to do my end of Tenancy student clean and in comparison to other cleaners that I received quotes from they charged my double and insisted on having ICS come into the property to clean the house despite having brought another cleaner in to clean the property beforehand.. DO NOT USE.

Aggressive and unhelpful. Unable to have a discussion on the phone, was hung up on twice after asking for a price range. Unprofessional and utterly confounding customer relations-perhaps he does not like foreigners.
