I recently bought a used CLS at Mercedes Oxford .. the whole process from initial contact to handover of the keys was handled by Richard Stephenson. The personal attention given was excellent. The showroom is beautiful and you really feel you are surrounded by luxury vehicles. Richard made the process really easy and I felt the whole transaction was completed quickly and efficiently. Also gives a good feeling knowing that if any issues arise I can go back to Richard to have them dealt with. Preparation of the car at handover was excellent as well.

In over 50 years of buying cars this was one of the very best I have encountered. I could not fault any aspect but would particularly commend Joe Mulford and Deborah Deane for their thoughtfulness, consideration and fairness. Meeting our needs was clearly well in their minds. The showroom was spotless, warm and welcoming and we were attended to promptly. Handover of the new vehicle in the dedicated area was exceptional. We were made to feel highly valued customers throughout. Thank you for all this - it was much appreciated.

Hi, customer interface and showroom waiting area are all great. Only got 4 stars because 1) The service indicator has not been reset after the annual service 2) It looks like the post service charge did not work. Unfortunately I didn't check that the charger was working before unplugging the car. But it had been on charge for about an hour so by then and should have got at least a 20-25% boost. But the SOC was about the same level as when I handed the car over for the service. So either the service used up 20-25%, which seems unlikely, or it just didn't get any charge at all. Was the charger actually turned on? I understand it needs a card. Only having just over 50% SOC meant I had to have the heater off and drive home very economically. Made it OK but a bit worried on the way with range anxiety!

I didn't actually visit as my service was a collection and delivery, but from start to finish the service was excellent. The agent that collected my car took the time to explain everything to me, and the phone calls I received from the garage were very courteous. We were going away that evening so asked for the car to be returned by 4pm, which it was, and was also spotless, which was very much appreciated.

Sales wise everything went smoothly! Marc Patterson at this branch was very helpful and did as much as he could to help me which I appreciate. Feel bad for bothering the guy too much about things he does not cover. His managers on the other hand still have not amended my warranty or got back to me about it! I put a complaint directly through Mercedes and they told Mercedes Oxford who said they would amend this and notify me couple months ago. This could have easily been a 5 star rating! I have been chasing for months now and they haven’t still sorted this! Please if someone could sort this and get back to me that would be great.
