I had a wonderful experience and outcome here. I dropped my phone off and was given a time to come back in an hour, so I got to kill an hour in Arndale. The price was good, the job was done quickly and the job was done properly. Great experience

Went there to repair my phone, change the LCD screen. Keyboard become not that sensitive , and found 2 blind spots on the phone. And I don't understand why they have to keep my phone for 2 hours and asked my password. Normally in other places, they will repair in front of customers. To make sure they are not hiding and doing something dirty. I don't know if they have install some spying software/chip inside. I am worrying. When I get back there to get my phone, i handed in the receipt to them, they didn't give me back. I still remember the date i went, it was last Friday. The staff are rude.

Went in as I got my charger stuck in the port and the man who served me was extremely friendly and fixed it in 2 seconds. Also picked up another charger while I was there! Would recommend!

I had my iPhone 12 Pro lens cracked which I was really upset as I’ve not had it long booked it into with apple and they wanted £400+ which I was shocked about looked around the market to see if anyone could replace it less cheaper then that so I looked in google and come across imzi’s last Saturday the gentleman over the counter had it replaced with in 45 minutes timeframe new lens with lens protector for only £45!!! Best quality and would highly recommend to others 5* star for you people thank you very much
