Fantastic pharmacy with fantastic staff. The customer care that I've received is what really stands out - better than what I've experienced at any other pharmacy. Highly recommended!

I came in yesterday and spoke to the lead pharmacist Abdullah (tall lad, can't miss him), who's service was exceptional. His consultative approach in understanding my issue and providing me with an array of solutions was more than I could ask for. Thanks for the advice and critical assurance, worth a lot more than the medication alone. Highly recommended

Extremely helpful staff. Went out of their way to source my medication (which I couldn't find anywhere else) and offer delivery which I needed badly as was flying the next day. Great bunch of guys too. Highly recommended.

My 67 yo mom and I were traveling abroad from the US and this was her first time in the UK. My mom ran out of her high blood pressure medicines because our flight was oversold and she was rescheduled for 4 days later. We went to an urgent care clinic and was told to call the NHS Trust hospital line (111) and explain the situation. My mom’s script was called in to this pharmacy. When we arrived at the pharmacy the staff kept saying no Rx was called in. When I called the NHS Trust again, we were informed that a request for emergency medication was sent to this pharmacist but it was at the pharmacist discretion to fill the prescription. The representative asked to speak to the pharmacist and when I handed the phone to her she was very cold. The pharmacist walked away and spoke to the NHS rep in the other room. When she came back she handed me the phone and said “she will explain everything to you.” Basically the pharmacist did not feel comfortable filling the HTN Rx for my mom. I am not an MD, however, I am an OD. The standard of care provided by this pharmacist was below the lowest I’ve seen in my travels. The pharmacist did not speak to my mom to determine what state my mother was in. The pharmacist did not acknowledge my mom or offer to take her blood pressure. The only help I received from this pharmacy was being allowed to use the phone. I work for major Pharma companies as an OD to certify clinic staff participating in clinical trials. I’ve worked as an OD for 17 years. I know SOC and GCP. Truly a shame for my 67 yo mom to be treated this way. I wonder if the pharmacist would be willing to help my mom if she was another race or nationality.
