The staff here truly make the place. Spending three or more days the menu becomes a little same same, they went above and beyond to create new plates for our stay. The breakfast is the full works although with beans not on the menu, they are still able to provide. The pool all be it is very shallow, around 1m at any point. Nice steam and sauna rooms and hydrotherapy pool. Rooms do feel slightly dated, yet all in very good condition, all be it for the odd cobweb super tidy. Can just about see hay Torr from the dinning room between the winter storms. Staff all staying very covid conscious.

Lovely spa with added benefit of a fitness suite although this is slightly out-dated. Food was decadent and tasted lovely without compromising on portion size. Great value for money, with friendly and attentive staff

Went as guests for the first time. Very good Sunday roast, adequate but not overfilling. Could possibly have more than a choice of 2 meats. 3 courses for £27. Would recommend to others, but need to book. Need a map to find on first visit.

What an experience! Not enough superlatives to express our Spa weekend. From start to finish it was out of this world. Our intro was Sheila at Reception. Brilliant member of staff. Friendly, funny (especially her Benny Hill walk to the Spa!🤣) and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Sheila. Kim(?) was my masseuse and again, brilliant! Knocked 10yrs off my physical wellbeing. The food is fantastic and the facilities are second to none! Very highly recommended! Well worth every penny! You won't regret your visit!
