Very professional firm , Great customer service and answered every question I had to ask about system etc Spoken through everything in manual not once but twice to make sure I didn’t miss anything and how the system works also cleaned up after himself while he worked away Well recommend this company 10/10 for there service and there engineer who was called John he was a great guy

Job was done well and on time as expected and would recommend. Would have liked a call after install to discuss any questions or issues. Communication could be better with regards to invoicing, payment etc. Also called a few times without an answer.

David at iFire was very helpful and was able to accommodate an install for us at short notice. The installation was flawless and David took the time to explain all the features of the alarm. Would recommend!
