Ice Dental Spa – Northampton

I needed dental work from a previous rugby injury, when I went to see the Team at Ice Dental they gave me the confidence and understanding that the implant procedure would be the best option. Customer care was amazing and the staff lovely which put me at ease throughout. I was reassured throughout the procedure and given step by step communication which put me at ease and enabled me to relax. I have had terrible experiences at other dental practices but Jim and the team have completely changed my view. Any questions I have had before or after the procedure were answered in detail and any queries I had sorted with a call back or visit. I would encourage anybody that feels implants may be an option for them to contact Ice Dental without hesitation, the best money have spent.

I was nervous about visiting the dentist due to covid and being clinically vulnerable but as soon as I arrived at Ice dental spa I felt at ease. The practice was immaculately clean and Jim and the staff team there were polite and friendly making you instantly feel more relaxed. Jim was extremely patient and talked me through what he was doing. I would highly recommend Ice Dental Spa

I went to this dental practise today for the 1st time , I made them aware beforehand that I'm a extremely nervous patient where teeth are concerned , from the moment I arrived everybody was amazing , from receptionists , other staff , dental nurses an the dentist herself Dianne .. the most caring , kind an patient dentist I have ever been to , so gentle , made me feel as relaxed as I possibly could , explained everything and checked I was ok throughout the hour I was there , cannot recommend enough , was very emotional at the end from relief an of just how lovely they all were XX thanku so so much X
