Curtains submitted for adjustment on Wednesday, was told they would be ready Friday morning. Called 10am on Friday, receptionist said owner was at court and that they couldnt help with my order, but call back at 1pm which i did. Owner was present and said call back at 3!! I was not happy and told the owner what i thought. His attitude was rude and unprofessional and he did not provide a suitable level of service. Recommended? Erm, definite 'no'
