Fantastic family owned and run store with first class, friendly service and advice, together with the best prices in the area makes this the ideal place for all your pool/spa needs. I recently moved into the area and needed advice on a Dolphin robotic pool cleaner. I spoke to Ian who gave me an excellent run down and I am extremely happy with my purchase (in fact, I don't know how you'd run a pool without one of these). Excellent post sales service and advice too. I can't recommend these highly enough.

Called this store to book for servicing my pool as the water turned light greenish (cloudish). they were fully booked for cming 3-4 weeks.so they asked me to bring the sample next day to help me clean the pool by myself, I wasn't sure whether it's gonna workout or not as the water was very dirty , but I took the sample and gave it to them in the morning, they did some tests and explained me what has happened and how to clean process , gave me some chemicals, used the chemicals as explained in the evening, woke up next morning saw the colour change , there was a big smile on my face , as I wasn't expecting it . Within a day or two pool water became clear . Only costs me about 40$ for the chemicals , They are very professional, helped me from the shop, they got a customer for life 👍 also before calling them I called a local shop in melton they asked 700+ for this job . So they saved me a alot of money . I'm very happy

Review

Went into shop today with a problem from the young staff to the experienced , there customer service was 5 stars. I come two hours and pass 6 pool shops on my way to work but choose this family spa and pool shop. Watching the younger guys workshop a problem and not being scared to ask there manager this is called learning and should be praised . Good on you guys as usual see you next Friday 😊😊😊😊😊

Highly recommend! We have just moved to a new house, with a broken swimming pool. Our agent have been very helpless and we decided to contact different company to help us solve the issue with the pool and find out the problem(s). HydraSpa helped us out on the same day and with kindness and professionalism took care of the situation. We are so grateful they took the time to help us in this very hard time (Start of the year with the new variant of covid creating big lack of workers and open businesses), so thank you! if you're looking for pro swimming pool and spa repairs, advices or equipment, don't look any longer. They are the ones you need!
