5/ 5

We enjoyed our stay at Hurley, the campsite is laid out in areas and pockets which gives it interest and plenty of hedges for some privacy. The grass pitches are very firm. Toilet blocks, showers, washing up facilities are in three easily accessible blocks with plenty of capacity and clean. The wardens are friendly and appear to be readily available, also happy to politely request for rules to be followed, thus stopping loud music and ball games around expensive vehicles. There is a play area, large meadow (for ball games) and dog walking facilities. The grounds are well kept. The campsite is a walk away from the small village, with a well equipped village shop and a couple of pubs. Plenty of walks, along tow path. However not many places for cycling. Both Henley and Marlow are both lovely towns to visit. Buses run to Henley but Marlow is not as easily accessible unless walking along tow path (approx 3 miles). Beautiful area and we would stop here again.

Remember this is a quiet site. How quiet can kids be? Amenities well kept and clean. Grounds clean and tidy. Nice location next to the Thames. Good walk to Marlow. Beware the jobsworth hushers. BE QUIET OR ELSE. NO RADIOS OR MUSIC TO BE HEARD BY ANY OTHER CAMPER. Yes I would go again knowing this now

This is one of the nicest campsites I've stayed at. The pitches are roomy and all services are very convenient. The location of the park is brilliant with so much to do nearby and a stone's throw from the Thames path, with access for small boats.
