Review

Always understaffed and nearly always staff there don’t know what they are doing. The blond haired Manager is equally as good at delegating any issues instead of taking ownership of them. I went in on Friday lunchtime at a school half term and they had 1 member of staff looking after general queries and two desk based staff that was it! All other members of staff were in training or on lunch! Where’s the customer centric thinking of staff resourcing! Blind leading the blind

Firstly, he fact that it closes at 5pm is RIDICULOUS. Not to mention the fact that the till only work on weekdays, and shuts at 2pm THAT'S SO STUPID. Do not get me started on the staff (or lack there of). With the tills I understand people need there time of work, but there are people who work in CO-OP that work more time than that. The staff on the first floor just stand there having a laugh. Not really paying attention to anyone. People have had to wait for the member of staff to stop talking to others, when that shouldn't even be happening. HSBC get your stuff toghether.
