Poor customer service on the ladies ground floor fashion. The assistant did not take any interest in my inquiry about the prices. Also a poor selection of clothing here now.

Lovely shop. I am so Sorry to see this particular Birkenhead branch closing. It was ways a great place to pick up that extra special something for a birthday or a special occasion. The person centred service woll be missed as the staff could not do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble and there has always been a wide range of beautiful gifts and clothing to choose from.

Great relaxing place to shop quality items and plenty of parking space.

Really sad this place is closing down. Mike (C)Ashley was supposed to have saved it!. He's filled it with sports direct junk and grossly overpriced designer wear despite 20% off closing down sale. Unfortunately this is another nail in the coffin for Birkenhead shopping centre. Shame. Update on this store. Its been saved. Its now full of the same stuff without the sale!! How they think anyone would go to Birkenhead and spend £70 on a raging bull jumper is beyond me. The shop had more staff than customers yesterday. They do have a huge line in suitcases. I would suggest they use them to pack up all their stock and start afresh otherwise (even with Frank Field's help) it will close again.

Really poor selection at quite a high price- terrible atmosphere and the staff just seem to stand around and stare at people - the place itself is very run down

The wide range of goods on sale in this store is excellent. Cafe on first floor is very relaxing and coffee good. Staff are all very helpful. Well worth a visit

Bought shoes and a bag yesterday. Served by Karen. She was very helpful and professional. Makes a difference

Love this shop.shame its closing.birkenhead use to be a brilliant place to shop.thought it was better than liverpool, not anymore.as the specials said it's becoming like a ghost town.
