Fantastic customer service in store when purchasing the envoy hot tub. Jacqui was extremely helpful and not at all pushy when we were choosing our tub model. We were given the opportunity to test all of the hot tubs without any time pressure. The advice we were given was very informative and honest about the initial cost as well as future running costs. The whole experience was a pleasure and we love our hot tub. Would highly recommend HotSpring World Derby if you want a quality product, great advice and a no pressure experience.

Fantastic customer service all the way from our first visit to receiving our TX 2 seater Hotspring in February 2021.... Jacqui was very helpful and informative to assist us making up our mind and delivering our vision.... The maintenance and chemicals was also explained very clearly and having looked after mine for a couple of months it’s not complicated at all... seems it at first but it’s common sense and everything we got told made sense... can highly recommend our tub and Hotspring Derby.... It's a great experience visiting Hot Springs World. The Staff are Friendly & make You feel comfortable the whole time You are there. The Hot Tubs all look amazing & they really do make You want one even if You were just considering getting one.

Buying the tub and arranging delivery was really simple thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Over a year later and there's still a warm welcome when we go back for supplies. The tub itself is fantastic and is being used 3 or 4 times a week even in the middle of winter. We looked around for a while before buying and the HotSpring tubs really do meet the low running costs they advertise. Highly recommended.

I took delivery of my hot tub purchased from hotspringworld in September. After being helped and advised by Matt and Anita, the whole process was simple and not stressful. They let me take my time and try every hot tub, advising of what options each one had without being pushy. They were very patient Until I decided on the one that suited me best. Delivery was arranged and the set up team were amazing. An easy process start to finish. I would recommend the team and company to anyone.
