Very pleasant experience. Good price for a hotel near to the centre of Bristol. Very welcoming reception staff, and the hotel is undergoing an update and my room was very clean and comfortable. Clean bar with reasonable prices. Fully recommended.

Perfect location for shops, restaurants and bars yet without all the noise - bonus! Really welcoming with brilliant and attentive staff. All you can eat breakfast, but not very hot. Basic rooms (prefabricated hotel) but with everything you need and very good rates. Got a little chilly at night but was able to adjust room temperature ourselves, which isn't always available to do in most hotels. Looking forward to coming back again.

The location of the hotel is really good but the room stayed in was under my expectation. They gave me a accessible room and it was very dark in there. The cups were quite dirty full of dust.

It is situated on the Millennium Square near the o2 Academy and the Bristol Aquarium, I visited both while in Bristol. The room was quiet, clean & comfy with 4 essential plug sockets. The window opened; the view was of people working in offices. There's great lighting in the room & bathroom. In reception there was a bar and general seating areas. The staff and clients could do with more tables and chairs in reception. The staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was stunning and we were offered absolutely all you can think of, for less than £10! The stay was great value for money.

3.5-4/5. Great location, can access centre of city very easily. Room clean, en-suite clean- though may have used a dirty towel from someone previously staying there ( but can’t guarantee this), breakfast fantastic- great selection and options. Contemporary style- clean. Helpful staff too. Would stay again & recommend Other negative is parking at millennium car park- very expensive though hotel gives discount. If going next time- I will try to find free parking, even if it is a walk!

Generally decent room. Room was mostly clean, other than a discarded waterbottle which looked as though it had been kicked under the bed, stains in the bottom of the mugs and some very long dark strands of hair over both beds ( my friend and I have short hair). Fairly central, with an abundance of places to visit, drink & eat at. Really good parking deal of £10 for 24hrs at the millennium Square car park. Friendly staff who were more than happy to answer any queries.
