I went to click and collect to pick up my item. Was asked if I was c&c and then told to join the queue for the tills. C&c is separate from the queue to the tills! So while I was in the queue people that joined it after me were going straight to the tills while I'm waiting for c&c!! Not on to be fair, very disappointed!

Excellent customer service given by Paul, who went above and beyond in sourcing a BBQ that suited our needs. Very happy with our purchase. Highly recommend Homebase never felt pressurised or rushed despite being busy.
