I've had two manicures at Hollywood Nails. The first time was adequate, but the shellac only last a week before chipping and was fairly poor quality. The second time I found the service really poor. The lady doing my nails hurt me by repeatedly catching the mechanical file on my skin, when I told her she just stared and me and rolled her eyes. Then she put two acrylic nails on my hands without consultation, I really don't like these and think they damage your real nails. When the manicure was finished she left my nails drying under the machines and walked off without a word. I had no idea if my treatment was finished or not. Another member of the salon took my payment, she didn't say a word. I won't be going back.
