I read some of the bad reviews before coming here and was a bit wary but the staff were so lovely and took lots of care to complete my friend and I’s nails! They accepted us as walk ins even though it was a bit close to closing time and they were friendly and professional 😊. They were super gentle with my nails/hands too which I appreciated 😊

I have been here twice and both times it was awful. First time I went, I just had a basic acrylic, plain polished, nothing too fancy. The staff were rude and the whole process felt very rushed and sloppy. Nails were uneven and lumpy. No cuticle oil either. The second time I took a friend with me and she just wanted a manicure on her natural nails. They butchered her, made her bleed and she paid a lot for what is really something she could have easily done better herself. I asked for acrylics and said I wanted a design. The woman didn't ask me what I wanted, she just decided her own design and the whole time the two nail techs were talking to each other in their own language, ignoring us. They were rough and rushing - again, no cuticle oil and very expensive. The station was unclean and some of the tools looked like they hadn't been cleaned either. Disgusting place, I won't go back and warn everyone to stay away.

Will Not Be Going Back! New to town I've been here several times mainly because parking across the road near the pizza shop was handy. In summary: 1. Walk-in only 2.The place smells & is Not Hygienic 3. They are extremely rude 4. They ask cash or card & will charge you $5- $15 more depending on the day. 5. SNS quality very poor; nails uneven; they crack after a week or so. I took my SNS off & my nails are wrecked. All the want is the money! P S Absolutely No Covid protections/barriers/QR code or spacing. Place should be shut down
