The best spa break we've ever been on. Beautiful grounds and the facilities are second to none. The dinner and breakfast were absolutely beautiful and the service was excellent too. The lunch was a little dry and plain but very filling with three courses. We were blown away by our hotel room and left feeling very refreshed. Will definitely return! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely overnight stay - the facilities are great and staff are friendly. Only complaint is the lack of vegan options, especially deserts. Overheard some other groups having the same experience - there's only so much sorbet one can take! It would be an easy issue to fix which would make the experience 5 stars for me :-)

Stayed with friends in the royal suite, lovely and spacious, spotlessly clean. Made use of the hot tub. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. We found them to be flexible with requests for dining etc. The spa facilities were excellent and we didn't find them too over crowded, got chance to use everything. The food was very good with plenty of choice. It was our first trip to hoar cross hall and we were impressed with everything. Hope to book again in the future.

I don't often write reviews , but having just experienced an overnight stay here I feel I have to highly commend the quality of services available. I don't think we even scratched the surface of the facilities on offer. Exceptional food too, a wonderfully relaxing experience. What stood out the most were the staff, every single one of them so helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble an absolute credit to the establishment. Many thanks

Stayed at hoar cross for 3 nights for our honeymoon. We were greeted by one of the receptionists called Olivia with a smile. As we were unpacking in our room 106, Olivia and Elle gave us a bottle of prosecco to our room which was a lovely gesture. They are both a credit to the company. Our first night sleep started not great due to a lot of noise from guests coming from the wedding party which went on until the early hours of the morning. I received a letter from the night manager Kate, the following morning. It stated an apology and a lovely offer to stay in the gorgeous Princess Mary Suite (Room 438) for the remainder of our stay. I would like to say a big thank you to the whole of the Hoar Cross Hall team for making us feel welcome. However a particular mention to Olivia, Elle and Kate for going that extra mile. I shall definitely be staying here again and recommend to anyone who is looking for a top spa hotel and a place that really looks out for guest satisfaction, to book here.
