What a absolutely total waste of space service ,tells you to hold line then says all advisors busy goodbye . Total tossers who designed this system .

Ridiculous! I need them for pretty much everything passport related, but they keep dropping my calls!! Good to know where my taxes are going. Parasites.

The call process takes soo much time. The robot lady takes 15 mins. They need to have someone who is there to take the calls. They also claim they close at 8pm. I have called through 5 times and I just get disconnected.

I posted a letter to HMRC at this address (73 Yorkshire St.). It was returned 2 weeks later by Royal Mail marked “Addressee unknown” and “Refused”. Inexplicable !!!

The worst of the worst of England with difference. Useless telephone and telematic services. Ridiculous for a country as this one .

Worst service in the world. You won’t get a phone connection with them. Always saying that they are closed, even if its working time. Don’t know why government is paying salary to those people. Taking all our money as tax and paying to the government employees for nothing.

I learnt this week that HMRC bank with Barclays, the biggest bank investor in fossil fuels in all of Europe. Makes me sick. As a consumer I already actively avoid Barclays. Why are my taxes being used to fund climate breakdown?! HMRC why are you failing to act in the interests of British taxpayers??

Not good serives keep ignoring keep me for 3month for slfimyplyed grand and after all that time keep me wait the end saying is to late to make a claim thos shoking serives very very poor serives .

Didn't wait to long to get through on the telephone. A Scottish gentleman answered my queries in a concise, friendly and professional manner. Much appreciated.

It's 19.21. They are open till 20:00 yet when you call them they will inform you that there offices are now closed, they are open from 8am till 8 pm! 😂😂
