Very very good service. I live abroad and generally speaking sorting things out via post across boarders is never fast! I applied on Sunday sent my old passport on Monday, the following Thursday I received my new passport. One element that I especially liked was that I was informed of my passports progress constantly. Very very good! Well done and a big thank you to all involved!☺

I left a bad review 2 years ago when the passport office took over 5 months to issue my daughters passport. 5 years ago they took 4 months to issue my son's passport. I just applied and received my newborn daughters passport within a week, I was expecting the worst, and they were phenomenally fast, much quicker than expected, really hassle free and efficient. Things have obviously changed from a few years ago and I applaud the passport office for their excellent service this time. 3 kids is enough for me though.

I have provided every single information that i have asked for to get the permanent residence, the lady told me that everything is fine with my documents, and then after a few weeks ago i have got a letter saying i have provided a little evidence, i have tried to call them also write an email, i havent got a response, and got told that i am not going to get the permanent resident card...I have paid for the nothing. Not helpful, hard to communicate aswell.

Renewed mine and my husbands Passports via our local Post Office on 1st July, Received both Passports back on 11th July by Secial Courier. This was fantastic and a very quick service. Well done everyone, 1st Class service.
