This place does not need your business and will treat you as such. Spent an inexplicable amount of time on the phone "booking" bathing and massage appointments for my husband and me. After being told the booking was secure, I was informed by the woman she would need to call me back to confirm the price. I never received that call. I called the next day to confirm the appointments and see what was going on. In speaking with a gentlemen he could find the reservation, but said something about it being cancelled...possibly...but he was unsure. I was told he would find out what was going on and promptly call me back. Never heard from him. I am still a bit shocked by the blatant disregard to follow up when they said they would. Obviously they have enough business and don't need mine. Based on my experience and the other lack lustre reviews regarding the facilities, I am happy to give it a miss indefinitely. I'll stick to the Peninsula Hot Springs.

We went as a family for a relaxing day. One watched the kids while the other had a massage. The service was quite poor, not very informative or welcoming. Waited in the relaxation lounge for around half an hour. The robe change rooms were quite dirty. The pools were lovely, nice and relaxing. Kids enjoyed having a swim and relaxing.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. It was rather expensive, but definitely worth a try. We particularly enjoyed the jet spa that allowed us to lay in the hot water pool with a head rest. Very relaxing. There were 3private hot pools, 2 public hot pools, a sauna, a steam and a cold plunge. We were given a nice clean towel, robe and a locker inclusive of the entry cost. 90 minutes of terrific wind down time.

Great service, felt very welcomed. Purchased the Sanctuary package with Devonshire tea at the cafe. Being our first visit, worth every penny as you get to experience all the pools, steam rooms, spa couches, robes and locker. Plenty of free, fresh mineral spring water to drink on tap. Left feeling relaxed & refreshed. Scones were a hit being fresh out of the oven. 5 stars given to The Bath House

Was really nice. Unfortunately there were a few families with kids treating it like a swimming pool, jumping off their parents, splashing and playing "chasy" type games. Not exactly what you want from a relaxing bathhouse/spa experience.
