A branded garage needs to provide a quality service, not this: slick bosses that wiggle a switch and convince you something is fixed (on showing me it was 'fixed' it then didn't work), people who deny content of the conversation had when delivering the car and explaining the problem, then charge you an extra fiver for a bulb fitted begrudgingly while i waited after not completing the work I had asked for. Muh, back to Waverley motors and honest independent business for me. Speed of service is the only thing that saved them from a 1 star.

Had my final under-warranty service here. Really nice guys working here who know their cars. Very helpful and go out of their way to accommodate their clients. It is, though, a main dealership and priced accordingly. Great if you have cash to spare but there are cheaper options out there.

Always had my Honda cars serviced here and also recently purchased a new car too.. the level of service is always fantastic. Grant in sales provided a great level of service from start to finish with my purchase. Also provided advice after purchase when required. The service team have provided me with many years of great service and the mechanics do a great job too. Cars always in tip top shape mechanically. With a clean interior and exterior, They really do a great job. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else but Henry's honda on titwood road. Thanks to all the team. Sales,service & reception. I am excited to have my brand new car from Henrys - with thanks to Bobby McDonald. I have driven Hondas for many years so no surprise that I am happy with this new Hybrid HRV but, so far, it has exceeded even my high expectations. As regards the dealership, the difference in my experience from start (arranging a routine service on my old car 18 months ago) to then deciding to upgrade, choosing, financing and collecting my next car has been outstanding compared to others I have used previously. Great to find professional and friendly service locally - it really does make all the difference for an important purchase such as this.

Buying a car from Bobby was a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. No pushy salesmanship, lots of patience, valuable advice. That coupled with a very friendly and open attitude was really appreciated.
