I lost my Father, Mr Harvey Brown at the end of last year, I found all the lovely members of staff to be so very helpful and sympathetic at this time of great sadness. With the help of all staff my Father had a lovely send off, and all requests made by me went above and beyond what I asked for. Thank you all very much for making a sad time easier. When I my dad passed away in February this year I chose heathcoats to do his funeral. They were the nicest kindest people i could have asked for to look after him they made sure everything was perfect and he was very well looked after they made a very traumatic time that bit easier. Even after the funeral was over they continued to look after us they put my dads ashes in his urn for me and we have even been back to buy little ashes pot for my children and they said they will put the ashes in for us when they arrive. They go above and beyond for you and I couldn't thank them enough.
