I contacted Kumar for the first time yesterday, he booked me in for 2PM today, I have rescheduled meetings and made myself available. Last night he sent message and account number to pay full amount of treatment a day before, also asking for vaccination certificate. Insisting on payment in front as his policy. I am going there first time, do not even know if he exists as I found business on google, not reccomendation. So I told him that is strange to ask for payment in front and I said that I will pay there and check in, (money transfer, card , cash, whatever, pay as people usually do). Today I contacted him again and he said fully booked and I cannot come. Very unprofessional and poor service. One star is too much for this business and they do not deserve any. I reccomend you to avoid this business completely and get your massage somwhere else. This is all truth and I have messages to prove, and I will attach screen shots in comments if business owner tries to dispute above.

Kumar is a fantastic massage therapist who has a genuine interest in identifying the route cause of your pain and providing appropriate treatment to resolve problem areas. He always gives you stretches and self massage techniques to work on between sessions. Kumar provides a safe and comfortable environment for you and checks that you are happy with the treatment throughout the session. I would highly recommend to anyone. Particularly beneficial if you go regularly but Kumar does not pressure you into anything.

Kumar is very professional, he knows very well about massage technique and in the same time that he is doing massage he suggest me some stretches for home to improve the pain that i felt. He also cares about you feel safe and comfortable during massage. I fully recommend it. excellent professional and person

I’ve visited many massage therapists before but Kumar is fantastic. I always walk away feeling a million times better. I couldn’t recommend highly enough.
