I had a great experience. Therapist was amazing in pinpointing the right muscles and did the massages with great techniques. I am using sports massage for many years now and I can say she is best I ever had. She careful listened to my issues and concentrated on those areas and it gave me lot of relaxation. I will definitely go back again and recommends others

Brilliant service. Really hit the spot (if you forgive the turn of phrase). Only negative is the poor access/parking. Even for cyclists. If you can get there highly recommended.

Amazing sports massage. Worked on all the agreed areas. The level of pressure was very intense, but prefect. Every part of me today feels looser and improved. Thanks so much Patrycja!

5/ 5

I've getting help from HeadStart clinics with virtual physio with Imogen during lock down, and more recently a sports massage with Eleanora to work out all the kinks from working at my kitchen table. Both have been absolutely brilliant, and visiting the clinic in person felt very secure.

5/ 5

Vicki has magic hands! When my neck locks up, which it does from time to time, Vicki quickly unlocks it. I can't fault the team, and I would strongly recommend Headstart to sportists and non-sportists alike.
